Good to know
Who is this for?

Patients living with a gut–brain condition, the whānau and family supporting them, and the clinicians who refer. Free information sheets and tools are open to everyone; the workbooks and programme are there when you want to go deeper.

How do I choose a resource?

Pick what best describes you at the top of the page, or search and filter here by type, audience and stage. There's no wrong order.

What happens after this?

Reading is usually the first step, not the last. Each resource links on to the natural next one — a tool, the Capacity Check, or a way to get in touch. When you're ready, the library leads into intake, the programme, a referral or an enquiry.

How are resources organised?

By the same loop the programme uses. Centre resources settle the nervous system, Clarify resources build understanding, and Choose resources support behaviour and re-engagement. Colour and labelling carry that structure through the whole library.

When you're ready

Reading is often the first step.

When a resource opens a question, we're here — start with an enquiry, or see how the programme works.
