About · Dr Sarah Anticich
Clinical depth.Organisational perspective.
Dr Sarah Anticich is a Clinical and Industrial/Organisational Psychologist and the founder of Executive Frame™. For more than twenty years, she has worked with individuals, families, clinicians, leaders, and organisations navigating sustained pressure, complex change, recovery, and performance.
Her work is grounded in a simple premise: people cannot be understood in isolation from the systems, relationships, and conditions around them.

A professional perspective
Twenty years of practice, one through-line: capacity — how people keep thinking, feeling, and functioning well when the load around them is real.
Executive Frame in practice
